Requirements: Quickbooks Enterprise Professional Services: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables/Contracts Weekly Reporting: Aging, Daily Invoicing, Monthly statistics and financial statements. Coordinate year-end review with independent accountant. MULTI-TASKING a must you will also be required to work with client information.

Reporting: Trends, costs, revenues, financial obligations for revenues and expenses. Work closely with others to analyze disbursements.

Data Entry: ability to enter into database, enter new clients in database, enter contracts into database, track jobs and pull reports. Send out certifications as final payments are processed.

Year-end reporting: Must know how to organize Quickbooks for taxes

Assisting in office: To be able to do office tasks as required. Ability to work and help others.

Computer knowledge a must: Microsoft Office Suite proficient, Quickbooks guru, Excel reporting wizard, GMail intuitive.

This is a fast paced, high volume office. We are in need of someone who is extremely detailed orientated, yet can multi-task.

Some general office duties would also include filing, tracking supplies, purchasing and insurance certificates.

Someone who can pick up the phone and talk about past due accounts nicely, but can also clarify when necessary. Knowledge of the construction industry a big plus.

Capable of making decisions and accepting feedback. Must work well in a team environment and also be able to work independently. Willing to assist in other areas within the company.
